Red Hat Marketing
Red Hat
Public Sector PartnerThe Work
I partner with the Global Marketing Team for the Public Sector Channel at Red Hat, Inc.
Our focus is on creating leading informational content for Government Agency Leaders.
The Way We Do It
As a known thought leader in the open culture space, I collaborate with the marketing team to determine the next set of leading-edge informational content to drive culture change in open government agencies.
Next, I research and source statistics to support our topics and the direction of content. Working autonomously with periodic calls with my sponsor and marketing manager to review direction and stay aligned with expectations.

From June 2020 through December 2020, we will continue our partnership with Red Hat to deliver the Masterclasses to over 8 countries/regions throughout Europe.

After extensive research and narrowing down of the topic points to align with the Red Hat Open Innovation Lab model, I produced the data points, copy and a draft design direction for this two-page infographic.

eBook
A Government Leadership Guide to Cultural Change
This project unpacked over a couple of months between the initial draft and several edits. Originally the book was 40 pages per sponsor request, however, we edited down to an eBook format to suit the marketing specifics.
This collateral is still maintaining and gaining traffic after 6 months post-release. It is also being edited for 3 other continents as this was a North America focus.
I will be leading a breakout session on this content at the 2019 Red Hat Government Symposium.
Micro Learning
The eBook was translated into a micro-learning video series on GovLoop. I assisted with the review of the scripting and ensured it aligned with the book.
* Scripting and full video production was handled internally at GovLoop *
