The Work

I partner with the Global Marketing Team for the Public Sector Channel at Red Hat, Inc.

Our focus is on creating leading informational content for Government Agency Leaders.

The Way We Do It

As a known thought leader in the open culture space, I collaborate with the marketing team to determine the next set of leading-edge informational content to drive culture change in open government agencies.

Next, I research and source statistics to support our topics and the direction of content. Working autonomously with periodic calls with my sponsor and marketing manager to review direction and stay aligned with expectations.

Current Projects

Building Resiliency in Government | Executive Masterclass

In response to COVID-19, we rapidly shifted a planned “on the ground” workshop series to a 3-Week Digital Masterclass for Executive Leaders in the Public Sector. The content has shifted to aid in response to immediate needs due to the paradigm shift we are experiencing globally and will aid in building resiliency across government systems.

From June 2020 through December 2020, we will continue our partnership with Red Hat to deliver the Masterclasses to over 8 countries/regions throughout Europe.

A Government Leaders Guide to Culture Change

We expanded the offering beyond North America to include the following:

  • EMEA edition: releases June 2020
  • APAC edition: in production
  • LATAM edition: in production

A Government Leader’s Guide to Culture Change

Washington, DC  |  November 12, 2019

After extensive research and narrowing down of the topic points to align with the Red Hat Open Innovation Lab model, I produced the data points, copy and a draft design direction for this two-page infographic.

* I did not handle the graphic design beyond concept *

A Government Leadership Guide to Cultural Change

This project unpacked over a couple of months between the initial draft and several edits. Originally the book was 40 pages per sponsor request, however, we edited down to an eBook format to suit the marketing specifics.

This collateral is still maintaining and gaining traffic after 6 months post-release. It is also being edited for 3 other continents as this was a North America focus.

I will be leading a breakout session on this content at the 2019 Red Hat Government Symposium.

Micro Learning

The eBook was translated into a micro-learning video series on GovLoop. I assisted with the review of the scripting and ensured it aligned with the book.

* Scripting and full video production was handled internally at GovLoop *
